How Do I Get Started?

 

Step 1
Review our website for details on the start up and support service we provide to help people successfully open and grow their own non medical home care agency. Complete our Member Pre-Qualification Form (click here) and submit it to one of our representatives, fax to our office at 949-606-0412, or email to info@startuphomecare.com. Please feel free to contact us via email or phone with any questions.


If you have decided that StartupHomeCare is the right choice for you and would like to secure your seat at one of the upcoming 'Boot Camp Training Courses' you will need to contact us via phone or email and we will discuss with you your desire to enter the home care field and your responses on our Pre-Qualification Form. If you get approved, we will send you a copy of the StartupHomeCare Agreement and confirm whether or not there is room in the specific course date you requested. After you recieve confirmation there is room in the course on the date you desire, and you recieve the StartupHomeCare Agreement, you will need to complete it, sign it, and fax or scan it to the fax number/email address on the bottom of each page of the agreement. Then you will need to pay the course deposit of $7,500 online at our website 'Contact Us/Register' page. If you prefer to pay by check or money order make it payable to "Americare Services, Inc." Once your signed agreement and deposit have been recieved we can reserve your seat at your choice of course and send you a confirmation via email. You are allowed to bring one other individual with you to the training at no extra charge.

 

 

Step 2
Once your Boot Camp Course seat has been reserved and your confirmation email sent out we will begin working on your pre-course tasks. We recommend that you register for the course at least two months in advance of it's start date to ensure you secure your seat but also to allow us time to complete your pre-course tasks so you can launch your new agency soon after you complete the course. The two main items that take time to complete are the corporate entity setup (S-Corp, LLC) and the state licensing (if applicable to your state). The corporate entity setup usually takes 4-6 weeks and licensing can take 1-3 months. Corporate entity setup must be completed before applying for the state home care agency license.

 

 

Step 3
You make payment in full at least two calendar weeks prior to your course start date. You attend the training course of your choice. Online attendance via WebEx is offered for both the Boot Camp and Home Care Basics courses. All course materials will be shipped once final payment has been recieved. If you wish to receive your course materials sooner you can make payment in full anytime and receive them shortly there after.

 

 

Step 4
After attending our training course and completing all the necessary pre-launch tasks you are ready to open your doors for business and start reaping the rewards of owning your own home care agency.

 

 

Step 5
We provide ongoing unlimited lifetime support to help you grow your new agency. Support consists of weekly phone conference meetings and daily email and phone support. You grow your business and become a leader in your community at providing non medical homecare services.
